Dr. Francois Louw

Project engineer at Kelvion Thermal Solutions (Pty) Ltd, who holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa.  His expertise is related to the thermo-fluid dynamics in air-cooled condensers and axial flow fans.  Francois is responsible for managing the design and installation of a full-scale test facility that will be installed in Stellenbosch to test large air-cooled heat exchanger fans and aspects related to deluge cooling.  He is also involved in the design and construction of a fouling test facility and the development of thermal rating software for Kelvion.
